On this page you will find information
regarding this website. It will include design information, subscriber info as well as subscribers that I need to contact me and all other information I think you will need. This page will be updated as needed so check it every so often.
Login Problems????? READ THIS FIRST!!!!
If you are having problems logging in to download designs here are some things you can try before requesting your information again from the site.
1. Can you log into the chat board? If yes your login does work, both sites use the same password file.
2. Logins are case sensitive. What this means is, if you chose your login as: sewme You cannot enter it as Sewme or SEWME or any other variation. The upper and lowercase (big and small) letters have to match.
3. If you chose the beginning part of your email address as your login, such as: eliza do not enter it as your whole address:
eliza@stitchitcheap.net this will NOT work. Watch to make sure that Window's is not automatically putting in your full email address as well. Sometimes it will do that depending upon your settings on your computer.
4. You just cannot remember the login and password no matter what even though you were told to write it down or print it and keep it some place safe??? :-)
If you signed up after 09/01/04 and you paid via Pay Pal you should be able to look up your information in Pay Pal.
Log into your Pay Pal account. Click on All Activity or History.
The simply look through your history looking for Stitch It Cheap. You may need to go through a few pages depending upon when you paid last and how much you use your account. When you find the Stitch It Cheap entry click on it.
You should see your information there from when you signed up. If not click on the subscription number on the top of the page.
If you still cannot find it, you did not enter it when you signed up. Then email us at:
kim@stitchitcheap.net Please include your first and last name that you have listed on your Pay Pal account (or checking or Credit Card) and the email address linked to the account. We have a lot of requests so it can take up to 3 days to get a response.
The Yahoo pop up blocker is causing problems for those trying to download from this site and many others!!!!
If you have downloaded the Yahoo pop up blocker there is a good chance it will prevent you from being able to download from this site. I have received MANY emails from subscribers telling me they were no longer getting a login box. Each time we discovered they had recently installed the Yahoo pop up blocker and they had to remove it before they could download again. So if you are having similar problems, you will need to
uninstall your Yahoo pop up blocker.
